The Municipal District of Spirit River No. 133 is recruiting a skilled driver operator for construction, maintenance, and repair activities. Operate municipal equipment, transport materials, maintain drainage, and respond to winter road conditions. Provide relief transit driving when required, while following safety regulations, municipal policies, and established procedures.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain roads through grading, ditching, and drainage work
Install culverts and complete municipal road repairs
Clear snow, sand roads, and control ice




Secure loads and follow applicable safety regulations
Provide safe, courteous municipal transit relief driving
Requirements: Alberta Class 1 Driver's License with Air Brake Q endorsement
Minimum two years of tractor-trailer driving experience
Experience with loaders, excavators, and highway tractors
Mechanical aptitude and workplace safety knowledge
Ability to work outdoors in varying, extreme weather
