Own advanced machine learning and generative AI on CTC’s customer intelligence platform in Toronto, working hybrid with four in-office days weekly.
As a senior ML/AI Engineer, you will lead the platform transition into a fully owned Canadian Tire Corporation capability. You will work across Python, PySpark, SQL, Azure, Databricks, model operations, and GenAI workflows. The platform analyzes hundreds of millions of transactions to identify shopping missions and behavioural patterns supporting personalization, marketing, merchandising, dealer, and customer analytics.
Key Responsibilities: Lead technical transition of the customer intelligence platform
Operate scoring, catalogue refreshes, releases, monitoring, and incident remediation
Own classification, clustering, features, validation, monitoring, and drift management




Build GenAI evaluations, guardrails, fallbacks, and lineage controls
Improve platform accuracy, reliability, scalability, runtime, and cost efficiency
Requirements: Graduate-level technical education in a related discipline
Five-plus years delivering production ML or AI solutions
Advanced Python, SQL, PySpark, and Spark skills
Production GenAI, prompt engineering, and evaluation experience
Azure, Databricks, MLflow, CI/CD, and testing experience
Apply advanced Python, PySpark, machine learning, and GenAI expertise to operate and evolve CTC’s customer intelligence platform.
