We are hiring a Senior Sales Consultant who can confidently lead consultations, establish trust and authority quickly, and convert qualified prospects into satisfied customers.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Leading high-quality phone, virtual and in-person consultations with qualified prospects

Understanding customer needs, goals, and space requirements

Presenting cedar hot tubs, cold plunges, and saunas as premium wellness solutions

Confidently communicating value, craftsmanship, and long-term benefits

Closing high-ticket sales with professionalism and authority

Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly revenue targets

Delivering an exceptional customer experience from first conversation to close

This Role Is For You If You:

Have 2+ years of proven success in consultative or high-ticket sales

Are comfortable guiding customers through significant purchase decisions

Thrive in performance-based environments with clear targets and accountability

Take ownership of your pipeline, numbers, and outcomes

Are coachable, competitive, and motivated to earn at the top of the market

This Role Is Not For You If You:

Come primarily from retail or transactional sales backgrounds

Require scripts, constant supervision, or micromanagement

Are uncomfortable with targets, accountability, or performance metrics
