Manage Met-Scan inventory in person across the GTA, using Smartsheet and accurate reconciliation to keep equipment organized and traceable.
This Inventory Coordinator role maintains current stock information, processes inbound and outbound equipment, and prepares reports. You will support installation and service teams by configuring equipment, compiling packing lists, and coordinating pickups. The work also includes warehouse upkeep, deliveries, supplier pickups, and procedure feedback.
Key Responsibilities: Reconcile project inventory lists with actual warehouse stock
Update real-time inventory information in Smartsheet
Prepare equipment, packing lists, and batches for crews
Process receipts, labeling, and outbound equipment orders
Organize warehouses, deliveries, pickups, and equipment handovers
Requirements: Two years of experience in a similar role
Post-secondary degree, preferably Supply Chain Management
Inventory tracking and management knowledge
MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Valid unrestricted G license and ability to lift 50 pounds
Bring inventory control, Smartsheet accuracy, and warehouse coordination to Met-Scan’s Toronto-area equipment operations.
