This RPN or LPN position enhances daily nursing practice while following governing-body standards, internal policies, and standards of care. You will assess residents or patients, monitor changing conditions, and process physicians’ orders. The position requires current provincial competence certification or eligibility for registration.
Key Responsibilities: Provide care according to nursing standards and physicians’ orders
Observe, report, and record vital signs and symptoms
Assist with patient and resident assessments
Develop, implement, review, and evaluate care plans




Monitor conditions and assess referrals to doctors
Requirements: Current provincial certificate of competence from an approved institution
Registration or eligibility for provincial registration
Experience with cognitively impaired individuals
Knowledge of nursing, healthcare, and infection control practices
Commitment to working with seniors
