At Brodie League, you will manage the gym floor so league nights run on time and meet the Brodie Standard. You will coordinate setup, streaming, staffing, check-in, and closeout reporting while supporting athletes, fans, and venue staff. This role reports to the League Manager and can lead to League Manager.
Key Responsibilities: Set up courts, scorer's tables, check-in, and brand fixtures
Verify BallerTV streams remain live throughout game nights
Assign crew roles, rotations, and venue responsibilities
Coach staff and document recurring performance issues
Complete scoresheets, photo verification, and end-night reports
Requirements: One or more years leading people in relevant operations
Comfort with cameras, laptops, Wi-Fi, and streaming applications
Calmly correct performance issues under pressure
Availability for full game nights, including weekends
Basketball experience and reliable transportation
