Duties include painting, drywall, grounds maintenance, equipment reporting, air handling unit upkeep, and preventative maintenance. The role also supports guest requests and service operations.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain hotel property, facilities, equipment, building, and grounds
Schedule regular maintenance activities and emergency responses
Repair walls, paint, and refurbish furniture and fixtures
Troubleshoot breakdowns and maintain preventative maintenance programs




Respond to guest calls and manage mobile workorders
Requirements: Experience as a hotel Maintenance Person
Knowledge of general maintenance, drywall, and grounds maintenance
Excellent English communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage interruptions and follow different directions
Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for long periods
