You will keep clients informed about applications while supporting sales activities through quotes, processing, and pending-case follow-up. Key Responsibilities: Respond to client questions about life insurance applications
Provide timely updates throughout the underwriting process
Resolve client issues connected with pending applications
Follow up on pending cases with the sales team
Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights
Requirements: Post-secondary Business Administration, Finance, or related education
Current or progressing insurance license
Insurance industry background or relevant recent graduation

Understanding of compliant sales activity requirements
