At Iron Mountain, this role administers and operates warehouses handling receipt, storage, moves, destruction, and shipment of physical assets. The specialist audits goods received, coordinates schedules, and prepares related reporting. Work follows established procedures and guidelines, with moderate supervision and limited ability to modify approaches.
Key Responsibilities: Administer warehouse processing, destruction, and storage activities
Account for assets held in storage facilities
Audit goods received into the warehouse
Oversee asset receipt, storage, moves,



and shipments
Prepare schedules and reporting for warehouse operations
Requirements: Skills developed through formal training or work experience
Ability to work within established procedures and guidelines
Ability to operate with moderate supervision
Ability to support warehouse space utilization
Ability to maintain and protect facilities and equipment
