This full-time community nursing position serves Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, through scheduled patient visits in various settings. You will help patients remain comfortable at home while managing differing complexity of care needs. Key Responsibilities: Visit patients in residences and other designated care settings
Assess individualized needs with appropriate clinical techniques
Execute and monitor individualized patient care plans
