The Hope & Area Recreation Centre seeks a Customer Service Representative I to support users and recreation services. You will provide courteous customer service, handle cash, maintain accurate records, and provide clerical support. The schedule includes five consecutive eight-hour days weekly.
Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level customer service to facility users
Perform cashiering and related point-of-sale duties
Maintain accurate recreation program and public schedule records
Maintain correspondence records and provide clerical support
Requirements: Grade 12 and office setting experience
Experience handling cash and following cash procedures
Excellent oral communication and professional customer service
Strong written communication, including letter writing
Valid driver's license and computer proficiency
Bring customer service, cash handling, recordkeeping, and clerical skills to the Hope & Area Recreation Centre team.
