As an Assistant Manager, you oversee staff of four to twelve and support the complete restaurant operation. Your responsibilities include assigning and evaluating work, scheduling employees, controlling inventory, and supporting promotions. You also maintain clean facilities, restaurant safety, security, food quality, and computerized point of sale operations.
