Northern Health is seeking an experienced Primary Care Assistant to join the interprofessional team. Under the supervision of the Manager or designate, you will provide operational and administrative support in a clinic or community setting to help deliver protected, efficient primary care services.
You will collaborate with Primary Care providers and the IPT to coordinate scheduling, documentation, and patient flow, ensuring quality care and smooth clinic operations.
