Webber is hiring seasonal Snow Plow and Equipment Operators for October through April. Current drivers are welcome, while experienced equipment operators can support highways, bridges, signs, and guardrails. The work includes emergency response rotations during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities: Operate snowplows and sanding equipment during winter operations
Support road maintenance and snow removal activities
Maintain highways, bridges, signs, and guardrails
Participate in emergency response rotations as scheduled
Attend onsite paid training for assigned work
Requirements: AZ or DZ driver’s licence
Experience operating equipment for road maintenance and snow removal
Safety-conscious approach to seasonal infrastructure work
Reliable availability across the Greater Toronto Area
