Serve residents at The Wellesley of Victoria using dining service and customer care skills in a casual Victoria, BC position. Support welcoming meals.
The Server reports to the Support Services Manager or designate and delivers culinary service for residents, guests, and the public. Duties span dining room, resident lounges, and room service. You will help create pleasant dining experiences while supporting resident dignity, safety, and happiness. The position also includes cleaning, communication, emergency response, and related support duties.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare dining rooms for scheduled services
Set tables and stock necessary service items
Assist with food and beverage preparation, presentation, and service




Transparent and bus tables following infection control guidelines
Maintain positive relationships with residents, staff, and the public
Requirements: Grade 10 or equivalent education, training, and experience
Food Safe Level 1 Certificate
Serving It Right Certificate, as applicable
WHMIS Certificate and proficient English communication
Ability to operate food service equipment
Bring dining service, resident-focused communication, and safe food handling to The Wellesley of Victoria’s community setting.
