Community Futures North Okanagan seeks an Employer Engagement Advisor for its WorkBC team. You will support job seekers through employer outreach, recruitment support, retention support, and connections to WorkBC programs. The work includes labour market information gathering and collaboration with Case Management, Employment Services, CFNO programs, and community partners.
Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with North Okanagan employers
Promote wage subsidies, unpaid placements, and PBLMT
Gather labour market information from local businesses




Facilitate presentations and workshops for employers
Align employer needs with client job-readiness
Requirements: Grade 12 completion or equivalent
Relevant post-secondary certificate, degree, or diploma
Four-plus years’ business management, entrepreneurship, or ownership experience
Presentation, partnership-building, and business coaching experience
Valid Class 5 license, clean abstract, and business insurance
Use employer outreach, business counselling, and partnership-building skills to strengthen employment outcomes throughout the North Okanagan with WorkBC.
