Reporting to the Senior Manager, Communications, this 12–18 month contract supports internal and external communications programs. You will create content across employee, executive, media, digital, and social channels. The work supports business initiatives, corporate announcements, and employee communications.
Key Responsibilities: Develop communications plans and materials supporting business priorities
Create content for intranet, signage, presentations, and social media
Prepare executive presentations, speaking notes, and briefing materials
Support media outreach, inquiries, monitoring,



and spokesperson preparation
Plan quarterly Town Halls and leadership communications initiatives
Requirements: Degree or certificate in communications, public relations, journalism, or marketing
Three to five years of communications-related experience
Experience supporting internal and external communications
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams
