Elexicon Energy’s System Control Centre Dispatcher supports safe, reliable, and timely electrical service delivery. This front-line position coordinates customers, field resources, System Operators, and internal stakeholders. Success requires multitasking, problem-solving, decision-making, and accurate communication across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities: Receive, prioritize, interpret, and log service requests and outages
Assign events to field resources based on availability and proximity
Coordinate work activities according to approved procedures




Provide accurate updates to customers and internal stakeholders
Maintain dispatch logs and detailed electronic records
Requirements: College diploma, university degree, or equivalent education and experience
One to two years of related customer service or dispatch experience
Ability to work effectively across multiple communication platforms
Robust multitasking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
