Covenant Health seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for its Women’s and Child Health Float Pool. This full time temporary role provides family-centered care across postpartum recovery and specialized neonatal support. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while practicing to full scope and communicating with families, physicians, and healthcare colleagues.
Key Responsibilities: Provide holistic care to mothers, newborns, patients, and families
Assist with infant feeding and postpartum recovery
Support premature and medically complex newborns in NICU




Coordinate care activities within your scope of practice
Contribute to safety and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements: Graduate of a Practical Nursing program or recognized equivalent
Active CLHA registration required
Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider Level C certification
Recent acute care experience required
Neonatal Resuscitation Provider Course preferred
Bring clinical judgment, communication, and family-centered nursing practice to Covenant Health’s postpartum and neonatal care teams.
