Access Healthcare Services seeks Registered Nurses and Registered Practical Nurses for home and community care across the Cornwall region. The position includes comprehensive assessments, holistic care planning, nursing standards, infection prevention, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, in-home client-centered care
Complete comprehensive client assessments
Develop collaborative, holistic care plans
Follow CNO standards and AHS policies




Participate in on-call nursing rotation
Requirements: Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse in good standing
Valid driver’s license and required vehicle
Two-million-dollar liability insurance coverage
Valid CPR, recent TB test, and police check
Excellent assessment, documentation, verbal, and communication skills
