The Espanola & Area Family Health Team seeks an RPN for collaborative primary care services. You will support patients through assessment, nursing interventions, clinic navigation, and orientation. The position contributes to improved health for individuals in and around Espanola.
Key Responsibilities: Provide primary care within the RPN scope of practice
Take patient vital signs and remove sutures
Assist with minor office procedures
Assess patients and identify appropriate nursing interventions
Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and immunizations
Requirements: Complete an RPN or RNA diploma program
Maintain current positive-standing College of Nurses registration
Understand interdisciplinary providers within collaborative teams
Manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
Demonstrate attention to detail and communication skills
Apply primary care nursing, patient assessment, and treatment administration skills within Espanola’s interdisciplinary health team.
