The Operations Lead directs shifts, projects, or crews supporting waste processing activities. This position coordinates operations personnel, vendors, transporters, and treatment facilities. It also oversees inventory, off-loading, treatment decisions, sampling, and compliance documentation.
Key Responsibilities: Designate duties and provide direction for operational shifts
Coordinate personnel, vendors, transporters, and treatment facilities
Direct material off-loading into storage and processing systems
Collect and analyze inbound and post-treatment waste samples
Review and sign RCRA manifests
Requirements: Two or more years of related experience
Knowledge of personnel management and waste processing techniques
Knowledge of equipment, receiving, purchasing, and work orders
Accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize multiple diverse responsibilities
