Based in Mississauga (Courtney Park), this position reports to the Branch Manager and supports field sales and project management teams. You will maintain customer information, process orders, and promote Westburne automation solutions through technical expertise and customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with product inquiries and requests
Maintain the customer database accurately
Receive and process customer orders
Prepare invoices using AS400 internal software
Expedite quotations and follow up requests
Requirements: Two years of inside sales experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Effective communication and relationship-building abilities
Prior quotations experience in a similar industry
Electrical experience preferred
Use inside sales, customer service, quotation, and order-processing skills to support Westburne customers and sales teams.
