Lead long term care operations at Rimbey Hospital & Care Centre using clinical leadership and stakeholder collaboration. This regular full time position works days with on call coverage.
As the CCH Type A Manager, you will support protected, ethical resident care across Assisted Living Alberta. You will collaborate with leaders, departments, hospitals, medical staff, external organizations, and communities. The role coordinates staffing, clinical work, budgets, quality assurance, and service changes.
Key Responsibilities: Lead daily operations for resident care services
Coordinate staffing, clinical work, and management coverage
Develop staff through recruitment, evaluations, coaching, and feedback
Monitor budgets and review monthly variances
Address patient and client concerns respectfully
Requirements: Baccalaureate degree in nursing required
Current registration with CARNA required
Five years supervisory experience within the last three years
Three years LTC or Home Care experience within five years
Valid driver’s license and current BCLS-HCP
