Spetter Zeitz Klaiman PC seeks a Litigation Paralegal for its Toronto-based law firm. The position supports lawyers across litigation matters through pleadings, motions, document review, and procedural coordination. You will work with paralegals, lawyers, team members, and the court.
Key Responsibilities: Carry a high volume of litigation files
Prepare, organize, and review legal documents and evidence
Conduct legal research and summarize findings
Draft pleadings and motions for litigation matters
Assist with discovery and trial preparation
Requirements: Paralegal diploma, certificate, or degree from a recognized institution
Positive standing membership with the Law Society of Ontario
Demonstrated litigation experience in a law firm setting
Proficiency in legal research and procedural rules
Strong organization, communication, grammar, and drafting abilities
