Key Responsibilities: Interpret and apply coverages during service claim handling
Investigate, negotiate, and settle claims efficiently
Communicate with clients and resolve concerns clearly
Identify salvage and subrogation recovery opportunities
Share claims knowledge and suggest process efficiencies
Requirements: One year of insurance experience or two related business years
Bilingual proficiency in English and French
Client service experience in insurance or related fields
Critical thinking and clear communication skills
Commitment to pursue CIP and provincial adjuster licenses
