As an Operations Supervisor, you will lead inside and outside workforce activities while supporting customers and daily processing targets. Your responsibilities include supervising equipment operators and maintenance personnel, organizing safety training, and monitoring equipment use. You will also help maintain product quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise yard employees, operators, maintenance personnel, and staff
Ensure safe, efficient shredder and mobile equipment operation
Organize required safety training and facilitate safety meetings




Ensure product quality and minimize material downgrades
Monitor small equipment repairs and cleaned work areas
Requirements: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
One to three years in leadership roles
Valid driver’s license
Clear English communication verbally, in writing, and by radio
Comfort using computers and handling multiple priorities
Support industrial recycling performance through employee supervision, safety leadership, equipment knowledge, and explicit operational communication.
