The position supports customers, team members, stock, merchandising, store preparation, and performance. Key Responsibilities: Prepare the store for opening and closing
Assist customers with décor decisions
Train and coach the store team
Support stock and merchandising activities
Maintain cleanliness and visual presentation
Requirements: At least two years’ retail sales experience

Open availability for daytime and evening shifts
Weekend availability within a seven-day store schedule
