The Registered Practical Nurse supports clients whose conditions are relatively stable, less complex, and predictable. Working within the College of Nurses of Ontario standards, you will promote health, prevent illness, coordinate care, and support patients and caregivers. The position values medical nursing, dementia, delirium, mental health, addictions, and neurological-condition knowledge.

Requirements: Current Ontario Certificate of Competence
Current BCLS and medication administration certificate
Recent medical nursing experience preferred
Knowledge of dementia, delirium, addictions, and neurological conditions
Venipuncture, IV initiation, and added nursing skills
Bring evidence-based assessment, medication administration, and person-focused care to Registered Practical Nurse practice on Medicine C3.
