Deliver customer-focused banking solutions as a full time Personal Banker at TD Canada Trust’s onsite branch in Three Hills, Alberta.
This position serves as a trusted contact for customers seeking investment, credit, and financial planning guidance. You will understand needs, explain available solutions, address concerns, and refer matters to internal partners when appropriate. The role also supports frontline colleagues and regulatory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities: Understand customer needs and identify solution opportunities
Refer customers to appropriate team members or partners
Handle customer problems for frontline staff
Maintain professional common areas under guidelines
Participate in process improvements and team activities
Requirements: High school diploma and/or one year relevant experience
IFIC or equivalent completion is required
CFSA completion within twelve months if hired
Knowledge of banking solutions and financial concepts
Self-initiating approach with strong planning skills
Apply customer service, banking solutions, and regulatory knowledge while supporting TD’s Personal & Commercial Banking customers.
