Prepare timely meals at AgeCare Regina Gardens in Hamilton using food production skills and safe food handling practices. This is a part-time casual opportunity.
As a Cook in this long-term care residence, you will ensure proper meals are prepared and served on time. You will maintain secure, sanitary work areas, check special diet orders for recent admissions when required, and respond to resident or family concerns. The position may include directing Food Services Workers and assuming responsibility for department operations when required.

Requirements: Prior Cook experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity
Current provincial Safe Food Handling Certificate
Minimum public-school education
High school education preferred
Diploma, certificate, or equivalent in quality food preparation and production
Bring cooking, food safety, and resident-focused service skills to AgeCare Regina Gardens as a part time casual Cook.
