This production role supports Premier Tech Growers and Consumers, a North American horticulture leader. You will operate baggers, forklifts, and loaders while completing daily production activities. The work includes quality checks, safety practices, manual tasks, and collaboration with team members and management.
Key Responsibilities: Operate bagging equipment, forklifts, and loaders as required
Perform bag slashing and daily production activities
Monitor manufacturing processes and product quality standards
Complete quality-control checks and report production concerns
Maintain clean, organized,



and safe work areas
Requirements: Production experience working effectively within a team setting
Comfort performing physical tasks and occasional work at heights
Availability for diverse shifts and occasional weekend work
Comfort operating material-handling equipment indoors and outdoors
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
Apply production, equipment-operation, and quality-monitoring skills while supporting safe plant operations at Premier Tech in Carrot River.
