Coordinate transportation dispatch across Toronto West, California, eastbound and local operations using load planning and shipment tracking. Support consistent service across four dispatch functions.
As a Transportation Supervisor, you will coordinate daily activities, driver assignments and deliveries while maintaining safety, compliance and operational efficiency. The work involves TruckMate records, transportation documentation, KPI reporting and communication with drivers, customers, warehouses and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate load planning, assignments, pickups and deliveries
Optimize drivers, trucks and third-party carrier resources
Monitor delays, missed appointments and service exceptions




Maintain communication for timely service and issue resolution
Support driver onboarding, coaching and performance improvement
Requirements: Five years transportation, dispatch or planning experience
Less-than-truckload experience preferred
TruckMate and Microsoft Office knowledge
Robust organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
