Apply electrical troubleshooting and repair skills as a Service Technician with Hoskin Scientific in Coquitlam, working Monday to Friday onsite.
This full time, permanent position supports environmental, geotechnical, and instrumentation equipment. You will calibrate and repair products, troubleshoot independently, and communicate with customers and manufacturers. Electrical inspections, quoting, follow-up, and CRM activity are also central to the service work.
Key Responsibilities: Perform equipment calibrations and repairs accurately, on budget, and timely
Troubleshoot customer devices with manufacturers and customers
Quote repairs, lead times, and terms, then schedule follow-up
Support electrical inspections, rental activities, and other offices




Capture customer information and service activity in CRM systems
Requirements: Post-secondary electrical or electronics technician education
Three to four years of industry-related experience
Strong troubleshooting skills using service manuals and schematics
Advanced disassembly, assembly, soldering, and tool skills
English communication, organization, independence, and analytical problem-solving abilities
Bring electrical service expertise, customer communication, and independent troubleshooting to Hoskin Scientific’s Coquitlam instrumentation team.
