Lead retail operations at The Brick in Fredericton, New Brunswick, using customer service and merchandising expertise across store departments.
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Operations Supervisor supports store performance through staff development, inventory accuracy, and customer solutions. This full time temporary position requires communication, problem solving, time management, and operational discipline. The role also covers data entry and financial reporting responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain store merchandising, detail, and customer service excellence
Recruit, coach, develop, and appraise staff performance
Resolve escalated customer issues and offer appropriate solutions
Maintain inventory levels and inventory accuracy




Control and report Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset
Two or more years of customer service or sales experience
Retail supervisory or Senior Associate experience is an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and required shifts
