This Member Services Representative position supports Crunch Fitness members, guests, coworkers, and community through daily engagement. You will provide courteous phone service, explain club facilities and hours, communicate programs, and respond to requests. The role also includes sales activity, facility upkeep, and booking Crunch One Kick Offs.
Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent service while managing members’ accounts
Handle phone calls courteously and professionally
Explain club facilities, services, and operating hours
Maintain a clean facility and address member issues




Foster welcoming interactions with members, guests, and coworkers
Requirements: Minimum one year in a service-oriented position
Experience in a similar industry preferred
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
CPR/AED certification required or obtainable within thirty days
Prolonged standing and walking required for daily duties
Bring fitness passion, transparent communication, and strong customer service to Crunch Fitness member accounts, calls, and club operations.
