As a Residential Leasing Manager, you will support leasing strategies for Onni’s residential properties. The work combines rental-rate research, tenant screening, lease administration, and digital marketing coordination. You will also track inquiries, manage records, and report activity.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare market analyses and monitor rental rates and consumer trends
Conduct property tours and follow up with prospective tenants
Screen applicants and review rental applications and background checks
Prepare lease agreements and negotiate terms and pricing
Coordinate residential advertising, signage, websites, and promotional materials
Requirements: Three years of sales experience; leasing experience is an asset
Solid knowledge of the local real estate market
Thorough understanding of formal lease documents
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License and reliable vehicle access
