Strengthen GARAGE retail operations through inventory, merchandising, and team leadership as an Assistant Manager working onsite. Support consistent execution across the store.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you contribute to the day-to-day success of the store. The role combines operational leadership with inventory management, sales floor execution, and eCom order fulfillment. You will help increase sales and customer satisfaction while preserving GARAGE brand standards and supporting changing business needs.
Key Responsibilities: Support day-to-day operations across the GARAGE store
Optimize inventory management and store execution
Maintain brand and merchandising presentation directives
Drive traffic on sales floors and digital platforms




Support customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Requirements: High school diploma; related post-secondary education is an asset
Two years of management experience preferred
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to build partnerships and prioritize collaboration
Adaptable schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Apply operational leadership, organization, and inventory skills while supporting GARAGE teams, customers, and store performance onsite.
