You will coordinate parts requests for internal and external customers, ensuring the correct part is obtained initially. Responsibilities include identifying parts, locating inventory, ordering requests, and tracking backorders. You will also maintain inventory records, receive and stock orders, monitor accessories, and organize documentation.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure requested parts are correctly identified and obtained
Locate available parts within dealership inventory
Track inventory, accessories, and outstanding backorders
Receive and stock parts department orders
Maintain paperwork for repair and special orders
Requirements: Valid driver’s license
Minimum high school diploma
Previous Parts Advisor experience preferred
Experience using DMS for parts monitoring
Robust accuracy with parts records and filing
