Community Living Dryden-Sioux Lookout seeks a Manager of Services reporting to the Director of Services. This leadership position oversees assigned programs and staff while following agency policies, strategic directions, Ministry requirements, and occupational health and safety legislation. The role supports positive workplace practices, compliance, and community-focused service delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Manage, monitor, evaluate, and inspect assigned service delivery
Supervise, train, evaluate, and delegate responsibilities to employees
Audit fire, municipal, and Ministry compliance standards




Coordinate meetings and participate in internal and external committees
Respond to emergencies and remain on call after hours
Requirements: DSW, SSW, related degree, or recognized post-secondary education
At least five years working with individuals with disabilities
At least five years of supervisory experience
Required driver’s license
Current, valid, ongoing mandatory certifications
