The Production Supervisor leads manufacturing operations and oversees employee performance, scheduling, training, and workforce development. You will execute production plans, manage resources, maintain accurate timekeeping, and support continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Communicate expectations and coach, counsel, or discipline employees
Select, onboard, train, and mentor manufacturing employees
Schedule personnel and monitor production plan progress




Maintain accurate timesheets and shift production summaries
Coordinate work orders, resources, and finished goods completion
Requirements: Five-plus years’ manufacturing experience
Three-plus years’ supervisory experience
Post-secondary education in engineering, business administration, or related field
Robust organization, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Strong Microsoft Office knowledge, particularly Excel
Lead Modine manufacturing operations through production scheduling, employee development, resource control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
