Serve Neilburg communities as a Public Health Nurse supporting immunizations and postnatal care through field-based daytime work. Travel is required for this full time position.
This Nurse B position is based at Manitou Health Centre within Public Health Nursing. The assignment covers a subset of services, including childhood, school, and adult immunizations, client and staff education, influenza programming, communicable disease follow-up, or travel health services. One year of public health experience is required.
Key Responsibilities: Provide postnatal care to public health clients
Deliver childhood, school, and adult immunizations
Support influenza programming and travel health services
Complete communicable disease follow-up activities
Provide client and staff education or orientation
Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing
One year of public health experience
Valid Class 5 driver's license
Registered or eligible with CRNS
Registered or eligible with CARNA
Apply public health nursing, immunization, and client education expertise while serving regional communities through required travel.
