You will assist the Director of Information Technology and Senior System Support Worker while responding to first-level support calls. The work includes backups, hospital PCs, help desk applications, documentation, and assigned IT projects.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to first-level IT support calls
Monitor backups to ensure data integrity
Configure new PCs for the hospital setting
Configure and maintain help desk applications
Document procedures and complete assigned IT projects
Requirements: Relevant minimum two-year college degree or diploma
Two years of related experience required
Ability to learn and support new applications
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Valid Ontario driver’s license and on-call availability
