Our client is a respected Vancouver law firm seeking a Labour and Employment Partner. The practice serves employers across employment agreements, workplace policies, human rights, investigations, immigration-related matters, liability, and labour law. The work includes solicitor and litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities: Work closely with an established senior partner
Build alongside an existing employer client base
Handle employment agreements and workplace policies
Advise on human rights and workplace investigations
Manage immigration-related, liability, labour, and litigation matters
Requirements: Called to the British Columbia Bar and in good standing
Ten years of post-call experience
Robust focus on labour and employment law
Willingness to develop business and client relationships
Portable book of business considered an asset
Build a varied employer-side practice in Vancouver through labour expertise, client development, and long-term succession planning.
