Online Consumer Panels America conducts local and national product testing for companies and market research firms. Product Testers follow a Daily Schedule for each project, recording experiences through journals, questionnaires, reviews, photographs, or other requested materials. Participants work independently and no experience is required.
Key Responsibilities: Read and follow each project’s In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule
Unpack products and read provided instructions
Use products for the specified period
Complete online or mobile feedback as requested
Participate in private project chat rooms when required
Requirements: Ability to commit to a regular routine
Availability for 15 to 25 hours each week
Honest, reliable, and solid communication skills
Access to a computer and reliable internet
At least 18 years old
Support consumer research through careful product use, scheduled feedback, reviews, and consistent remote participation across testing projects.
