This trainee role builds expertise in financial planning advice, investment solutions, and credit banking products. You will ask thoughtful questions, understand financial goals, and provide personalized recommendations. The position also involves customer reviews, portfolio updates, regulatory awareness, and frontline support within TD’s Personal & Commercial Banking business.
Key Responsibilities: Advise customers on investment and credit banking solutions
Provide personalized financial advice and address customer concerns
Conduct financial reviews and discuss portfolio updates




Refer customer matters to appropriate team members or partners
Prepare documents consistent with relevant regulations
Requirements: High school diploma or one year relevant experience
IFIC or equivalent completion required
CFSA completion within twelve months if hired
Knowledge of investing, credit processes, and banking solutions
Proficiency with MS Office and internet applications
Build TD Canada Trust expertise through investment advice, financial reviews, credit solutions, and accurate customer-focused service in Calgary.
