Media Resources Inc. is seeking an Estimator with at least one year of proven estimating experience. You will price sign fabrication and installation projects using project specifications, contract bids, materials, labour, equipment, and supplier quotations. The work involves collaborating with design, engineering, project management, sales, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to support feasible project execution.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed estimates for sign fabrication and installation
Analyze specifications and recommend cost-effective alternatives
Review supplier and subcontractor pricing




Calculate installation costs, equipment needs, and crew logistics
Prepare bid submissions, reports, and project cost reports
Requirements: One or more years of estimator experience
Secondary school completion required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to interpret technical, elevation, and shop drawings
Knowledge of signage materials, including aluminum, acrylic, and LED lighting
Apply estimating, supplier negotiation, and technical drawing skills to support Media Resources signage projects in Oakville.
