Chinook School Division seeks an Educational Assistant for a temporary part-time assignment at Herbert School. The schedule is 28.92 hours weekly, or 5.784 hours daily, ending January 15, 2027. The work supports students’ educational programs, development, and classroom participation.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with students’ educational programs
Support students one-on-one and in classroom settings
Assist speech, motor, language, social, and life skills development
Help develop and implement Individual Improvement Plans
Meet children’s health and hygiene needs as required
Requirements: Educational Assistant certification or relevant experience
Experience or ability working with young children
Robust interpersonal and relationship skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Respect for diverse cultures, backgrounds, and perspectives
