Bare-metal software and system concurrency define this Qualcomm Technologies validation lead role for next-generation AI accelerator platforms.
The position develops and scales validation content across pre- and post-silicon phases while ensuring end-to-end silicon quality. You will work across HW and SW boundaries, applying SoC architecture knowledge, low-level programming, automation frameworks, and complex system debugging. Leadership includes geographically distributed teams and collaboration with Architecture, Design, DV, Software, Performance, Power, and Product groups.
Key Responsibilities: Build scalable bare-metal validation content for SoC domains
Define system-level software use cases and coverage
Validate multi-processor concurrency and hardware interfaces




Execute development-board and laboratory system debugging
Apply simulation, emulation, FPGA, and silicon methods
Requirements: 8+ years validating silicon or bringing up platforms
BS, MS, or PhD in engineering, computer science, or related field
Knowledge of caching, virtual memory, and operating systems
Bare-metal software development experience
Machine learning validation exposure is preferred
Use bare-metal programming, system concurrency, and SoC validation expertise to lead Qualcomm AI accelerator content development.
