Manage Allied Universal security services in Calgary, combining client relationships, staffing oversight, and operational reporting across remote, office, and in office work.
This Service Manager reports to the Regional General Manager and supports high service standards throughout the Calgary region. You will manage security personnel and resources, address escalations, review client requirements, and contribute to branch financial and operational targets. The role also supports proposals, contract growth, and accurate compliance documentation.
Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong client relationships
Review performance and security requirements in client meetings
Optimize staffing and resource allocation
Support budgeting, financial planning,



and expense monitoring
Collaborate on proposals and secure new contracts
Requirements: Three to five years of security operations or management experience
Three supervisory years minimum within security operations
Strong organizational and communication skills
Microsoft Office and security management systems proficiency
Ability to travel throughout the Calgary region
Use operational leadership, financial awareness, and relationship management skills to strengthen Allied Universal’s Calgary service delivery.
